Quick answer
What does an AI consultant in Dubai do for a small business?
For a small or mid-sized business, a practical AI consultant finds where the owner and team lose time, picks a short list of tasks where AI assistants help, and trains people to use them on that work. Mounaim Lamouni does this through online private coaching for the owner or live workshops for the team, in English or Arabic.
Who it is for
Which Dubai businesses is this for?
It fits owner-led and growing businesses where the people, not the technology, are the bottleneck:
- Owners and founders who know AI matters but have no time to work out where to start
- Small teams that pay for AI tools but still do the same tasks by hand
- Managers who want a shared, simple way of working with AI assistants across the team
- Businesses that want guidance and training, not a large software project
If you need custom software, data-platform work or production machine-learning systems, that is outside this offer. Done-for-you automation can be scoped separately as a custom project.
