Our refund and cancellation policy for coaching sessions, corporate training, and speaking or event engagements.
Individual Coaching Sessions
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows are non-refundable. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
30-Day AI Confidence Sprint
Package sessions must be used within 90 days unless otherwise agreed. If it becomes clear after the first session that the sprint is not the right fit, you may switch to a single-session engagement and only pay for the completed session. Refunds for unused package sessions are reviewed case by case.
Free AI Clarity Call
The clarity call is free of charge. No payment or deposit is required to book it.
Corporate Training
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are defined in the proposal. Deposits may be non-refundable once preparation has started. Custom materials, travel, venue, and third-party costs may be non-refundable.
Speaking and Event Hosting / MC
Booking deposits may be required. Cancellation terms depend on event date, preparation work, and travel commitments. Travel and accommodation costs may be billed separately.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at mounaim.lamouni@monipathos.com with your engagement details and reason for cancellation. Refund requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days, using the payment method agreed for that engagement.

We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
