I'm Mounaim Lamouni, an AI coach and trainer in Dubai. I help professionals, business owners and teams go from stuck with AI to using it every day, without becoming tech people.

For 15+ years I worked in the heart of HR and people transformation inside companies like ALDAR, DHL and TCS. I loved helping people grow. Then a new pattern showed up everywhere I looked: good, hardworking professionals felt stuck, stressed and quietly worried about AI.

One thing kept repeating. New tools don't fail because of the tool. They fail because people feel left behind and nobody makes it safe to try. So that's what I do, with a microphone in my hand and a lot of quick wins.

That's the gap I close on stage. I'm Mounaim Lamouni, a keynote speaker and MC based in Dubai, and I make AI practical for non-technical professionals — with energy, real stories, and live demos that turn AI anxiety into a plan people use on Monday.

The proof is in the numbers: 400+ talks delivered, 30+ events hosted as MC across Europe, MENA and Asia, 1,000+ training hours in the UAE. Before AI, I spent 15+ years in HR, talent and organizational development at DHL, Aldar and Tata Consultancy Services, and served as National President of AIESEC Morocco. I speak English and Arabic, to rooms of every size.
