Is VAT included in the proposal?

No. Proposal fees exclude 5% UAE VAT, which is added on the invoice.

Can we pay against a purchase order?

Yes. Training and consulting are invoiced by Beyond Plus FZ LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Send the PO with your proposal acceptance and the invoice follows.

Do you deliver in Arabic?

Yes. Sessions run in English or Arabic, or bilingual where the room needs it.

How do you handle our data?

Nothing confidential leaves your environment. Participants work on their own accounts and tools; the pre-session form asks about workflows, not documents. A simple data rule (what can go into AI, what stays protected) is part of every session.

Which AI tools do you train on?

The ones your team already has at work. The method is tool-agnostic on purpose, so what people learn survives the next tool change.

Do you travel on-site, and where?

Yes. On-site across all seven emirates at the on-site rate; elsewhere in the GCC by proposal, with travel billed at cost.

How quickly can we start?

Typically two to three weeks from accepted proposal to session, depending on your team's calendar.

Client voice

“I attended an HR conference where Mounaim delivered the most engaging AI Masterclass I've ever seen, it was so fun and insightful, I never thought someone could make AI topic this much fun. I then worked with him for a custom team building activity for our ExCom team and man, this guy is full of energy and knowledge, our team went home excited to include AI in every strategy and capitalize on the technology for more growth. I highly recommend Mounaim.”
