Services
Beyond Plus FZ LLC (operating as AI with Mounaim) provides the following professional services: corporate AI training and workshops, individual AI coaching, public speaking and keynotes, event hosting and MC services, and AI solution guidance and consulting. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change and are confirmed directly with each client during the inquiry or proposal process — no pricing or checkout is available on this website.
Inquiries and Engagements
All engagements begin with an inquiry submitted via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Pricing, scope, and payment terms are agreed directly with the client in writing before work begins. Corporate training, speaking, and event work begins after proposal acceptance and agreed terms. Travel, venue, accommodation, and production costs may be billed separately.
Scheduling and Attendance
Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions not attended without prior notice (no-shows) may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Specific scheduling policies are communicated during the booking confirmation.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Beyond Plus FZ LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission. Training materials and coaching resources provided during sessions are for client use only and may not be resold or redistributed without permission.
No Guaranteed Results
Our services are provided on an educational, coaching, and advisory basis. No financial, career, operational, or business result is guaranteed. AI outputs require human review, and you are responsible for how you apply the knowledge, tools, and outputs used during our services. Clients must not submit confidential, personal, or sensitive data into AI tools without proper authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We may refuse work that is unethical, unlawful, unsafe, or outside scope.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information and discussions during coaching and training sessions as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or personal details without your consent, except where required by law.
Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the website's functionality, access restricted areas, or use automated tools to scrape content. We reserve the right to restrict access to the website at our discretion.
