Quick answer

What is AI training for executive assistants and chiefs of staff?

AI training for executive assistants and chiefs of staff is live, hands-on practice using AI on the work you already do: drafting, briefings, meeting preparation, research and follow-up. Mounaim Lamouni teaches it one to one, online by video call, in English or Arabic, with no technical background needed.

What you can learn

What can an executive assistant or chief of staff do with AI?

Training starts from your real tasks. These are common starting points, and you choose what to work on first.

Writing and editing

Drafting, tightening and adapting emails, messages and summaries in the right tone, in English or Arabic, with you making the final edit.

Meeting preparation and follow-up

Turning your own agendas and notes into briefings, action lists and follow-up drafts, where you are allowed to use them this way.

Research and briefing documents

Gathering background and shaping it into a short brief, then checking each fact yourself before it reaches the executive.

Organising work

Structuring plans, checklists and comparisons for travel, events and projects.

Working safely

How do you use AI safely with confidential material?

You may handle sensitive papers, so a careful routine matters more than any shortcut. In training you practise one on your own tasks:

  • Check what your organisation allows before you put anything into an AI tool.
  • Describe sensitive items in general terms, or remove names, figures and dates first.
  • Treat every output as a draft, and check facts, names and numbers before anything reaches the executive.
  • Keep the decision with a person. AI can prepare options, and you and the executive decide.

Together or separately

Should the executive and the assistant learn AI together or separately?

There is no single right answer. Some executives prefer to learn first and then delegate. Others ask their assistant to explore first and report back. Some work on it together.

If you are an executive, there is a page on private AI coaching for executives.

Who it is for

Who is this training for, and what does it not cover?

Executive assistants

You support a senior leader and want to use AI to work faster and more carefully on the tasks you already do.

Chiefs of staff

You prepare decisions, briefings and follow-up across a leadership team and want a reliable way to use AI in that work.

Personal assistants and office managers

You run schedules, documents and communications and want practical steps rather than theory.

This is about using AI well in your own job. It does not cover building software or automations, choosing technology for your organisation or setting company policy. For team-wide training, see corporate AI training in the UAE.

One to one or a group course

How is one-to-one training different from a group course?

A group course

A course teaches a general map for a group at a set pace. It suits you if you are self-driven and starting from zero.

AI coaching vs AI courses →

One to one

A live session works on your own tasks, your own documents and the way your executive likes things done, with someone adapting to you.
